How do I access the premises?
At the entrance, you'll find a device where you simply need to press 0# to unlock the door. (Please note: access is available from 07:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday. The system will not work outside these hours.)
Do I need to bring my own detergent or fabric softener?
No need! Our machines automatically dispense professional-grade, hypoallergenic, low-foam detergent and fabric softener.
Can I wash duvets, blankets, or large curtains?
Yes, our self-service washers have a large 12kg capacity, perfect for bulky items that often don’t fit in standard home machines (7–10kg).
What types of items shouldn't I wash here?
We recommend not washing heavy rugs, memory foam or latex pillows, or leather and suede garments, as they could be damaged. Pet clothing is also not allowed.
Any tips for the best wash?
Don’t overload the machine — it may not spin properly if you do.
Check your pockets before loading clothes.
Turn clothes inside out and fasten buttons and zippers.
Always follow the care labels and choose the right cycle.
Avoid mixing different fabric types when possible.
Do I need to book in advance?
No booking needed! Our self-service laundry is available anytime during opening hours — just drop by when it's convenient for you.
