Where can I make a reservation?
You can book through this page, using the buttons labeled "Reserve"
Once on the reservation page, you only need to select the locker size and the rental duration, and it will take you to the payment platform.
After completing the payment, you will receive an email and SMS with the payment confirmation, the assigned locker number, and its security code to access both the premises and your locker.
Can I access my locker at any time?
Yes, you can enter and leave as many times as you wish during the rental period, 24 hours a day, including nighttime hours and public holidays.
How long can I book a locker for?
From 1 day up to a maximum of 365 calendar days.

What can be stored inside the lockers?
You can store anything except items whose possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen goods, drugs, pornographic materials, etc.), items requiring a license (such as weapons), hazardous or contaminating items, animals, or unpackaged food.
If you store money, jewelry, technological items, or goods of special value, take precautions.
Can a reservation be canceled?
The reservation can be canceled up to 24 hours before the booked date.
